What are the delivery charges for orders from Doubleo Watches?

We offer free UK Mainland Delivery to our customers. 

  • UK Mainland – Free Delivery (Insured and Tracked)
  • British Isles & Scottish Highlands – £10 (Insured and Tracked)
  • Europe – £20.00 (Insured and Tracked)
  • US & Canada – £25 (Insured and Tracked)
Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept most popular methods of credit and debit card payments. These include Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard, American Express and Switch.

How long will delivery take?

We always dispatch our watches and accessories upon successful receipt of payment. Orders placed over weekends and Bank Holidays may take longer to receive but are sent next working day.
We can not be held responsible for delayed delivery that occurs outside our control.
Weather, Public Holidays, Communication Break down and Technical difficulties are classed as outside of our control.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our site has been built with the latest security in mind. We use a secure SSL Certificate to ensure data sent between your computer and our website is encrypted.

When making a purchase through DoubleOWatches non of your financial information is stored on our site and is instead handled offsite by our secure payments partner, Stripe.

We always recommend using the latest antivirus and personal security on your PC to ensure a safer transaction.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email stating your order is processing. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified again of the dispatch and delivery tracking information.

If you need to check the progress of your delivery, you can visit your
‘my account’ panel at the top of the website. You will be able to view past, current and future order status’ as well as print your order invoice.
